CIMSync collects only the information needed to qualify scan requests, operate customer accounts and provide catalogue risk visibility.
Information collected
The free scan form collects name, company, work email, website, approximate store counts, catalogue oversight context and optional message. Customer accounts may store organisation, store, report and billing-reference data.
Information not requested
CIMSync does not request Shopify passwords, Google passwords or payment card numbers. CIMSync minimises unnecessary customer data and only asks for information needed to support the requested service.
